I’d like to say that Turkish food or traditional Turkish food ,should not only be considered as a meal,but it can be considered as an Ottoman cultural heritage. Turkish food ,influenced by Balkan and Middle East cuisine in one of the richest and most delicious food in the world . Each part of Turkey has it’s own food culture for example we have Black sea foods ,Eastern region foods ,Aegean foods And Kara Deniz foods .

Soups are unique dishes in Turkish restaurants . soups are served and preferred before main dishes . There are different types of soups in Turkey and we suggest you try these in cities of Turkey . some saucs in thus country preferred more ,fore example Lenti soup (Mercimek corbasi ) or ezogelin corbasi or tarhana corbasi . the raw materials in these soups are somethings like vegetables,legume and meats .
